Quality Assurance

Customer satisfaction and business sustainability relies on the continual improvement of our operations.  We step-by-step review, monitor, analyse, correct, prevent and improve our operations through quality assurance.  This is the process from the creation of procedures, protocols and the use of checklists about evaluating how and why things are done, writing down how things are done and recording the results to show they were done.  We call it our Quality Management System (QMS).

StruXi’s design and delivery is supported by our QMS that complies with AS/NZS ISO 9001:2008 “Quality Management System – Requirements”.

StruXi’s management is fully committed to the development and implementation of our QMS and continually improving its effectiveness under review of the Quality Policy and Quality Objectives.

We are accredited as a Queensland Government Industry Supplier to PQC Level 3 which represents “Industry Best Practice”:

The QMS is the control mechanism in helping us meet these quality objectives:

  • consistently meet or exceed our Client’s requirements;
  • comply with all statutory and regulatory legislation;
  • meet the requirements of AS/NZS ISO 9001:2008 Quality Management Systems – Requirements;
  • provide a systematic management approach of our work;
  • improve productivity;
  • eliminate waste; and
  • enable us to learn from our mistakes.
