Student Work Experience Program

At StruXi, we want to do our part to encourage future participation in our industry.

For this reason, we make an effort to take on work experience students from local schools whenever possible.

We have developed a one week program that provides school students with an insight into the process of developing a design.  We give them a hands on experience in taking a brief, identifying design constraints, researching and collating inspiration for their project and presenting it in a portfolio at the end of the week.

In addition, we have them sit in on meetings and attend site whenever possible.

It is our intention to inspire these students to pursue a career in building design and perhaps see them return as employees in the future.
