Contemporary Pod extends Residence
Our assignment was to create an extension to the existing residence (located in Middle Ridge east of Rowbotham Street, Toowoomba) that fulfilled this brief:
- downstairs: garage;
- upstairs: master bedroom suite;
- small utility areas to best match the space effectiveness; and
- respond to the distinct style of the existing dwelling.
The Sketch Design phase produced the following illustration that reached the Client’s point of satisfaction.
Our documentation team then took the concept and produced working drawings for the local authority applications followed by builder pricing. The following images show the progress of construction. The builder is Paul Spence Constructions.
