What’s Included:

• One hour meeting with a Design Team Leader
  Where we will discuss all of your concerns and go over any current layout/designs you may have. This can be either at our office or on-site, depending on the most appropriate location for the scope of work.

• Advice Research & Development
  Research and determine appropriate advice for the briefed concerns.  Ensure that the proposed advice considers relevant codes, standards, and highlights any local council requirements that may be triggered.

• Formal Written Advice
  Written report completed by Design Team Leader & Administrator that outlines the details of our proposed solution and how we arrived there. To be issued via email.

• Design Quote
  Should you wish to engage StruXi for the additional design services required to move forward with the project following the receival of our formal written advice, you can contact our team and request a design quote.

Alternative Solution and Written Advice

Meet with one of our Design Team Leaders and receive a holistic solution to your problem. This service has proven beneficial to those struggling to find a suitable solution for issues concerning their project. If you have concerns with your design, site, or more, this service is the perfect investment to find an alternative solution.

What’s Included:

• One-hour meeting with a Design Team Leader
  Where we will discuss all of your concerns and go over any current layout/designs you may have. This can be either at our office or on-site, depending on the most appropriate location for the scope of work.

• Solution Research & Development
  Research and develop an appropriate solution to the briefed concerns.  Ensure that the proposed solution complies with relevant codes, standards and local council requirements. This may include a hand-sketched layout if deemed appropriate.

• Formal Written Advice
  Written report completed by Design Team Leader & Administrator that outlines the details of our proposed solution and how we arrived there. To be issued via email.

• Design Quote

Site Visit, Laser Scan and Measured Plan

Laser scanning allows you to have a full colour and scale representation of your building or site. This provides detailed, measurable data ready for the next stage of design or simply as a record of the existing or as-built information. We can then produce a professional measured plan of your existing building without the hassle.

Please note that this service is completed at an hourly rate to ensure that your investment in this service aligns with the size of your property.

What’s Included:

• Site Visit & Laser Scan
  A member of our team will attend site to take a laser scan, critical measurements and photos of the existing building.

• Download & Combine Points Cloud
  A member of our team will download the points cloud files from the scanner and then stitch each scan together to create a complete points cloud file that can then be imported into Revit.

• Measured Plan
  A member of our team will create a measure floor plan by drafting the existing building from the completed site scan.

Due Diligence Investigation and Report

Meet with one of our Design Team Leaders and receive professional advice on the property’s potential prior to the end of your due-diligence period. This service is beneficial if you are looking at or are in the due diligence period of a contract when purchasing a property to which you are seeking to complete alterations to. Our team can review the alterations you are proposing to the property and provide clear advice regarding your investment capabilities.

What’s Included:

• One-hour meeting with a Design Team Leader
  Where we will discuss your potential property alterations. This can be either at our office or on-site, dependant on the most appropriate location to the scope of work.

• Advice Research & Development
  Research and determine appropriate advice for the briefed alterations.  We will ensure that our advice considers relevant codes, standards, and highlights any local council requirements that may be triggered.

• Basic Floor Layout
  Basic sketch of a proposed layout to determine if the proposed scope of work is possible.

• Formal Written Advice
  Written report completed by Design Team Leader & Administrator that outlines the details of our proposed solution and how we arrived there. To be issued via email.

Illustration Package

Our illustration package allows us to produce realistic concept illustrations and walkthroughs for your project.  This adds a layer of understanding and visualisation of the end result for your project that can sometimes be difficult to imagine through a typical set of plans. Rendering opportunities such as this, add the next layer of detail, allowing you to understand the outcomes as they are being created.

Note - fees are subject to variation dependent upon the complexity of design and/or finishes.  If there is a variation from the quoted amount, we will advise any additional cost and seek your approval before proceeding.

What’s Included:

• Interior Set-up
  Adding details to Lumion model to facilitate interior still images/fly-through. Set-up includes scene development, modelling of any project-specific elements, and application of materials and finishes.

• Exterior Set-up
  Adding details to Lumion model to facilitate exterior still images/fly-around. Set-up includes scene development, modelling of any project-specific elements, and application of materials and finishes.

• Exterior/Interior Still Image
  Should you require specific view angles for still images, please specify this during the planning stage.

• Fly Around (exterior ONLY)
  Should you require multiple options, please specify this during the planning stage.

• Fly Through (interior ONLY)
  Should you require multiple options, please specify this during the planning stage.

Site Analysis

Meet with one of our Design Team Leaders and receive our guidance with a formal report on any or all of your sites. This service is beneficial if you are looking for specific site-related advice but are not ready to commit to the design process. A perfect investment when you are having trouble choosing between multiple sites or finding the perfect site for your project, or if you are stuck on how to best use a site you already have.

Note - fees will increase to accommodate any additional work required to analyse multiple sites.

What’s Included:

• One-hour meeting with a Design Team Leader
  Where we will discuss all of your concerns and go over any current layout/designs you may have. We recommend this meeting be conducted on-site.

• Site Research & Analysis
  Research and analyse your specific site's climatic, geographical, historical, legal and infrastructure context. Draft a basic sketch containing relevant environmental information, land parcel, built environment and basic topography (derived from online information).

• Formal Written Report
  Written report completed by Design Leader & Administrator that outlines the details of our research and analysis of your chosen site. To be issued via email.

• Design Quote
